We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect course progress data (which lessons and modules you have completed) and video watch time to track your learning journey. We do not collect precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone data.
Your information is used solely to provide access to your Ambitious Investing courses and to display your progress within the app. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party services to deliver the app: Supabase (authentication and database), Wistia (video hosting and playback), and Vercel (web hosting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We do not use advertising networks or cross-app tracking.
Login is handled via Supabase Auth. We store a secure session token on your device to keep you signed in. We do not offer third-party social login (e.g. Google, Facebook).
The iOS app may request permission to send local notifications. These are used solely to remind you of upcoming live trading sessions you have chosen to be reminded about. We do not send push notifications without your permission.
Your account data is retained for as long as you hold an active membership. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Australian residents may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
